As a slimming world member I find the official food diaries limiting. On the other hand you're fabulous food diary has room for everything making the 13 weeks it covers a real journey to fill in as I go but also look back on and reflect. It's just as well I don't live anywhere near Leeds or I'd be in your shop everyday!!
Absolutely fantastic service...received within a couple of days....Will definitely buy from this company again.
I find some of the pages are difficult to turn as the wire binding is a little bit small. Maybe a slightly bigger binding in future might be helpful. It’s obviously because the food diary is absolutely crammed with visualisation pages which is brilliant!

I got this diary to help keep track of my weight loss and help me stay on target. I like to write down what I've eaten and this diary is perfect. Plenty of space to write everything and seems very good quality. Love the fact its colourful, and the stickers are coming in handy. Only been using it a couple days and already couldnt live without it!

I usually order the bigger SW food diary via Amazon but decided to look on the actually website. I found these smaller ones and absolutely love it. Fast delivery too. 5 stars all round

I have been keeping a daily record of all the food I eat as I am a member of Slimming World and am trying to lose weight. Since starting my SW compatible food diary, I have lost 10lbs and achieved my 2&1/2 stone weight loss 🥳. Keeping track in the diary obviously helps, and the stickers make it fun 🤩. Fabulous diary. Bought as a gift for my mum.. She usually uses a scruffy notebook to write down her calories and health bits. This is going to look so much smarter and organised. It's perfect

I love this food diary and it has been so helpful for me so far! I chose the 6 month version and the only down side is that the second 3 months is a repeat of the first 3 months including a page for your details. I would have prefered it to be hardback as there's slight imperfections coming on the front and back cover but other then this it's perfect!
I love the design and the content inside the book but the cover and back page let it down massively. The cover and back page of the book are just thin card that feels very flimy, which is really disappointing as I was after a book that I could take around with me, but I have only just received mine and the back cover is already ripping away from the binder. I also got one of the pen holders which clearly wasn't a good idea as the cover is so thin it now just flops down when I pick up the book.
2nd time ordereing from you and i decided to go with a 6month planner i love ❤️ to put stickers in mine it helps cheer me up and keeps me going.

What can I say, this food diary has it all! Not just a place to record your food but to keep a check of your measurements and feelings too. Oh my god, I just adore my food diary. It's SW friendly but so much more! Not just pretty to look at but full of other useful info and uplifting positivity. I've generally struggled with writing a food diary, I'd generally just write in a plain notebook and after a few days not write everything down or stop listing my food completely. Not with this though because it's so cute I look forward to writing in it.
