How To Use

1. Everything starts with the new Weekly Forecast, here you'll write down your intention for the week - this is the intention that you'd like to bring to the forefront of each day. On the Weekly Forecast page you'll also find your To-Do List, Honeycomb Habit Tracker, Goals, Focus Areas This Week, Inspirational Growth Quote and more.

2. Each daily page has been designed to be personalised by you, with a "Morning" "Afternoon" and "Evening" section, you could use your Health & Wellness Journal as a Food Diary, a Daily Planner, a Notes Diary, a state of mind Journal and so much more. Each daily page also has an energy tracker to keep a record of how charged you are feeling, a water tracker, sleep tracker, health & fitness area, as well as a daily gratitude box. Lastly (but certainly not least) a "Celebrate Me" box, where you can write down your daily achievements / and cheer yourself on.

3. Each Health & Wellness Journal comes with a dedicated set of "Self-Care Challenges" at the back of the Journal - not only that, Auntie Abs helped design each page, so they're overfilled with love & posi-vibes!
