Delivery Queries

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to fulfil all orders same working day when placed before our 2pm cut-off time.

During times of peak workloads we may take longer to fulfil your item. This is because all of our items are hand-made and hand-packed by our Small Family Business. During peak season, we aim to fulfil all in-stock items within 5-10 working days.

Once your item has been Fulfilled you will receive a notification via Email or Text.

When will my order arrive?

Once dispatched, items should arrive:

Special Delivery- Next Working Day.

RM24 First Class- 1 to 2 Working Days.

RM48 Second Class- 2 to 3 Working Days.

If you have selected RM24 or RM48 Please allow up to 3-5 working days for a delivery attempt. After this, please contact us for support.

Next Day Delivery.

If you need your order as soon as possible, you can select "Special Delivery" at checkout. Please note, that only orders placed before our 2pm cut-off will be dispatched same day.

Once fulfilled, your order will arrive next working day (Monday to Friday).

If your order is dispatched on Friday with Next Day Delivery, you'll receive this the following working day, Monday.

I haven't received my order.

If you have not received your order within 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday) please contact our support, and we would be more than happy to help you.

To speed up the process in your message, please provide your order number and confirm your full postal address (including post code).

Courier information.

We dispatch 95% of our orders with the Royal Mail. All orders are sent with a tracked service so you can track your parcel on its journey.

If your order is considerably heavy (over 3KG) then this will be sent with an alternate courier, UPS/DPD/FedEx. This will be made clear to you in the dispatch email & the tracking number.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional insurance which insures your order during transit, and guarantees a swift and hassle-free solution should any issues arise. By opting for this service, you can expect rapid support and replacements without the usual delay associated with waiting for Royal Mail's decision, which can take up to 14 business days.

• The Shipping Protection insurance cannot be refunded once used. The insurance is deemed used once your order enters the Royal Mail system (upon Dispatch).

Refunds & Returns

Damaged items.

All of our items are packaged with extreme care and packaged securely in cardboard wraps. Should your item arrive in a damaged state, please contact our support with images of your damaged item, and we will work extremely quickly to get that resolved for you.

Changed my mind.

In the unlikely case that you wish to return your item for a refund, we offer a full 30 day no-quibble money back guarantee on unused items.

If you are returning your order because you have changed your mind, you will be required to pay for return postage.

Cancel my order.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our support as soon as possible. When messaging, include your order number and message to cancel your order- to expedite the process.

Returning my item.

In the unlikely case that you wish to return your item for a refund, we offer a full 30 day no-quibble money back guarantee on unused items.

When returning your item to us, we recommend using a tracked service to ensure delivery & insurance. This is to protect yourself, incase the item goes missing.

How to prepare your item for return

Make sure your item is securely packaged & ready for returning, please include a small note of your Order ID and reason for return, to expedite the process. All returns are actioned within 14 working days.

Discounts

Discount Code Stacking

Discount codes available cannot be stacked (for example, a 10% Discount Code cannot be used with another 15% Discount Code).

Discount Codes & Bundles

Discount codes cannot be used with any Bundles offered. This is because bundles already contain a premium discounted price.

What paper do you use?

At Fabulous Planning, we all understand the beauty of stationery. It is for this reason that we do not cut corners or compromise on quality in any form.

All of our items are printed on high quality, thick paper with 100 GSM or above. (An A4 Piece of Paper is 80 GSM). All of our products are printed with high-saturation and high-vibrancy ink, which means your item will have crisp colours that really set out from the rest.

Bulk Discounts & Wholesale

We would be happy to discuss & offer you a bulk discount on our items, please get in touch via the "Contact Us" page & mention the prospect of Bulk Discounts.

Personalisation

Unfortunately at the moment, due to time restrictions - we are unable to offer personalisation for each Food Diary.
