Order took a little longer to arrive then was originally stated customer service was very good as a slimming world member I wanted a food diary that would be compatible but this doesnât have sections for speed food free food swips and healthy extra this is breakfast lunch dinner (not sure if I ordered the wrong one to be honest)but apart from that it is fine I also received a free gift as a apology for the delay

These refills are amazing! Itâs great in 3 months time I can flick back through and see how well/bad Iâm doingđ I fill each day in at night when my daughter is in bed and itâs actually quite relaxing
I love these inserts . They make it so easy to track what you are eating and to keep on top of your syns. They have really helped contribute to my weight loss. Easy to use, what really stood out to me was the colours and stickers included ! Many food diaries are black and white so it's so lovely to have colourful options to brighten up your day. Love them!
I fancied a change from my usual compact versions and fabulous planning did not disappoint. I have used the diaries for years and they help keep me on track. 4 years as a target member and I wouldnât use anything else!

Bought these food diary inserts for my planner as I wasn't using the current pages. I already have the wire food journal but these are a great addition. Good layout and enough space to write done everything I need to log.

The Slimming World pages are great. Colourful and clear. As I'm on a weight loss journey, I write down everything I eat and these pages are perfect.
I have been using the SW planners for quite a few years and they are brilliant and very engaging, allowing you to jazz things up with fun quotes within their stickers. However, as with age, eyesight diminishes making the pastel background with white writing becomes harder to read, even with my glasses on .............. other than that it is a brilliant product, hitting all the right spots for your SW journey. They are a brilliant way of showing off your journey, no matter how long it may take đ

These are incredible! Really easy to use, and not just a food diary. So many extras included to really make you think about what you are eating and to help change your relationship with food.
These are great for keeping on plan - I have repurchased the diaries a few times, but just bought the organiser and the refills for when my current ones are finished. These are really nice quality and really affordable. Would just love to see some more pages for the activity tracker or a separate refill for it, but overall really happy.
Absolutely love my diary. Is perfectly custom to my slimming world plan and Iâve used it for 2yrs now and lost 6.5st. Totally changed my life, itâs my daily journal and food diary and it keeps me accountable and on track. Xx

These are fantastic refill inserts! Itâs fabulous that you get 2 duration choices and on the bonus side, if I fancy a layout change I can order the compact version. Iâve noticed this has definitely helped me with my eating ways and surprisingly enough itâs made me stick to my diet. They are fun to fill out and quite relaxing as well. These are perfect FP Family! I bought refill packs for my food diary and they donât disappoint. Itâs also a great idea! You donât need to buy a new book every 3 months! I love these and they are so convenient! They are a great size and the quality of the paper is amazing!
