Our "Second's Promise" is to only sell items that we ourselves would use.

These are sold on a first come first serve basis and items that run out of stock will not be restocked (unless we fcuk up again!)

Each product continues to help grow our Climate Journey, where we plant trees & support environmental initiatives like providing access to clean water, turning waste biogas into energy, and so much more.

All of our items are dispatched with premium tracking, so you can track your package on it's journey to you.

We send most of our items with the Royal Mail, we send larger orders (weight & value) with couriers like DPD, UPS, and FedEx.

We work to dispatch all orders same-working day when placed before our 2pm cut-off.

In the unlikely case that you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day "no quibble" return's policy.

Free Returns

If there's anything faulty with your order we'll pay for the returns postage, free of charge.
